Playdead — makers of the award winning titles Inside and Limbo — are packaging its two titles together, bringing them to a retailer near you. The developer and 505 Games announced the Inside+Limbo Double Pack with a new launch trailer.
The special edition release of the narrative-driven platformers include each game in its entirety, as well as a collectible poster and art card. The launch trailer for the double pack flaunts both game’s gameplay and accolades.
Limbo was originally released as an Xbox 360 exclusive in 2010. Since then, the puzzle-platformer has been ported to a plethora of consoles including PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, PC, and more. The game follows a nameless boy as he attempts to find his missing sister. As he explores the black-and-white landscape, he encounters a variety of puzzles that usually leads to a gruesome death.
Playdead’s follow-up, Inside features the same premise. The game follows a nameless boy, as he explores a more colorful world than its predecessor. Check out our review of Inside to see what we thought of the puzzle-platformer.
The Inside+Limbo Double Pack is available now on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for $29.99 in North America. It will hit retail shelves in Oceania, Germany, and Austria on September 14, and the rest of Europe on September 15.
