If you’ve been hoping for more content for the popular mobile game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links then you may not have to be waiting much longer. If a picture from Konami out of San Diego Comic-Con is to be believed, players will soon be able to go to Neo Domino City and visit characters like Yusei Fudo, Crow Hogan, Jack Atlas, and more.
At first glance, the picture doesn’t reveal much, however, you can clearly see protagonist Yusei Fudo in the background with Yugi Muto, along with the tagline “Get Ready to Rev it Up,” a play on the third series’ popular catchphrase.
The addition of a 5D’s world would also mean a change in gameplay, as that series was the first to introduce Synchro summoning, so this may not make old school players very happy.
While nothing has been officially announced by Konami, I wouldn’t be surprised if we see an announcement in the very near future, possibly even within the next couple of days.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links is available on iOS and Android devices, as well as Windows PC.
