The old guard has company.

Lizzie Armanto, Leo Baker, Leticia Bufoni, Riley Hawk, Nyjah Huston, Tyshawn Jones, Aori Nishimura, and Shane O’Neill will be joining the original lineup in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 when the remaster launches on Sept. 4. In addition, Activision and developer Vicarious Visions also announced that access to the Warehouse Demo will open on Aug. 14 for those who pre-order the game digitally.

A couple of the additions may already sound familiar to series veterans. Huston, for example, made his series debut with Tony Hawk’s Project 8 in 2006, and Riley Hawk (Tony’s son) appeared in Pro Skater HD in 2012 and Pro Skater 5 in 2015. Still, Huston, Riley and the other revealed skaters are new to the original two games, and their inclusion will definitely help get skating’s current stars introduced to a new audience.

Officially revealed last month as part of Summer Game Fest, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 is looking to recapture what made the series so beloved at its height in the late 90s and early 2000s. The rosters, levels, modes, and a good amount of the soundtrack are coming back from the first two games, and Vicarious Visions is working to recreate the gameplay that fans remember — maintaining the spirit and feel of 1 and 2, while bringing in later improvements like the revert and wall plant that help keep combos going.

The base game will launch for $40 USD, with options for a $50 deluxe edition that offers immediate access to a secret skater and retro outfits, and a $100 collector’s edition that comes with a full-size, limited run Birdhouse deck.
