I’m guessing you’re clicking on this article because you’re a Witcher fan and appreciate amazing Ciri cosplay? If that’s the case, you’ve certainly come to the right place as we here at DualShockers can’t get enough of some Witchery action. There are many reasons why fans love to dress up as Geralt, Ciri, or Yennefer but probably the number one draw to these complex characters is their attire and the power that comes with each stitch. To prove this point, cosplayer Natalia storms in with her The Witcher 3 costume and it’s quite possibly the best and most alike Ciri cosplay we’ve ever seen.

Natalia Kochetkova, otherwise known as Narga on Twitter, is from Saint Petersburg, Russia. For those of you who follow cosplay and the community behind the hobby, Narga also terms up with Aoki to act out other characters together since 2008. Since then, they have both created more than 60 different costumes, mostly from video games; and now cosplay full-time visiting places like Europe, Asia, America, and Africa as cosplay guests, judges, and also acquiring plenty of cosplay competitions in Russia – I think we can see why, too. This time, however, Natalia ventures into the cosplay world on her own and what an amazing job she has done.

Using materials such as leather, pleather, fake fur, linen fabric, ABC plastic, and EVA foam, Natalia transforms herself into Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon, better known as Ciri from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Ciri may have been a surprise child but also a surprise cosplay to Natalia as she initially didn’t plan on crafting something from The Witcher due to not having played the game or read any of the books until this year. But since having done both, Natalia was so inspired by the lore and the characters that she dropped all her plans to design and craft her Ciri cosplay attire. She also got to gain some new sewing skills in the process due to having to work with so many different types of leather for her costume.

It’s plain to see that Natalia has put in some incredible work to her Ciri cosplay. Not only has she mimicked each garment with precise procession, but she also manages to look exactly like her – styling her hair exactly how Ciri wears it in The Witcher 3 and also obtaining Ciri’s scar down to a tee. I’ve been writing about cosplayers for a long time and I’ve come across some outstanding work, but Natalia’s cosplay really does set a new standard; she is undoubtedly meant to be the sole princess of Cintra.

For a different Ciri look, DualShockers editor Ryan wrote about The Witcher‘s Ciri cosplay in an outfit you may not have expected to see her in. Here we see Ciri in a Japanese style with kimono and katana that bursts with color and vitality. If all things Geralt is more your thing, you can check out the white wolf himself wandering the streets of Raccoon City in a fan-made mod that has appeared for Resident Evil 2 on PC.

If you’re like me and loved The Witcher Netflix show and have been eagerly awaiting the second season, I’m afraid we will have to wait a little longer. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the show had to be suspended for a few weeks for the safety of the cast and crew. Thankfully, the show’s production team will still be paid by Netflix during this tough period and I’m sure things will start to move in the right direction as soon as it’s safe to.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is available now on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
