Today, the first-person mystery adventure game The Station released bringing an interesting sci-fi tale to a few of your favorite platforms. A new launch trailer flaunts gameplay accompanied by some ominous tunes.

In The Station, a group of researchers aboard a cloaked space station was conducting research on a recently discovered alien race. However, when the ship’s stealth system abruptly broke down, all communication was lost. It is your job to investigate the space station alone and find out what happened to the ship and its crew.

To complete your mission, you will have to restore the ship’s core systems. Additionally, the story behind the researcher’s location may be found using the in-game augmented reality helmet to observe the many conversations and clues that happened on the space station.

Made by the indie developer of the same name, the people behind The Station are comprised of former Radical Entertainment Studio Head Dave Fracchia, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning designer Les Nelkin, and League of Legends composer Duncan Watt. Last month, it was revealed the game would be coming to PC and consoles alongside an announcement trailer that gave a glimpse of its gameplay.

The Station is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Linux for $14.99.
