The hype for Star Wars Battlefront II keeps growing and growing, as today developer EA DICE unveiled a slew of new information for the highly anticipated shooter.
First off, we have the introduction of a brand new game mode called Arcade, which allows you and one other local player to face off against enemy AI. This can be used to practice new weapons, try out new abilities, and to just simply have fun. Players will be able to get their first look at arcade mode in the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront II beta on October 4, 2017.
In addition to that, a brand new trailer for the game was also released. In the trailer, Finn actor John Boyega shows off some of the modes, maps, and characters that you’ll find in Star Wars Battlefront II, along with some pretty sweet gameplay as well.
Star Wars Battlefront II is set to be officially released on November 17, 2017, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Players who pre-order the game will receive Star Wars: The Last Jedi-themed outfits for both Rey and Kylo Ren, as well as a range of modifiers for select vehicles and characters.
