Ubisoft today revealed their first-quarter financials for the fiscal 2018-2019 year and in the process revealed one title that will be making its way to Switch in the upcoming quarter.

When laying out their releases from July through September of this year, Ubisoft unveiled that South Park: The Stick of Truth will be arriving on Nintendo Switch in this current quarter. The first game in the South Park series will not receive a physical release and will instead just be available digitally through Nintendo’s eShop.

After the release of the newest game in the series, South Park: The Fractured But Whole on Switch earlier this year, it seemed logical for Ubisoft to just bring over the original game as well. Additionally, South Park: The Stick of Truth made its way to Xbox One and PS4 platforms in February of this year, so the game will now be readily available on all current-generation hardware.

Even though we still don’t have a price point or specific release date in just yet, Ubisoft will likely announce something regarding these details soon enough. As a point of reference, The Stick of Truth retailed for $29.99 when it arrived on Xbox One and PS4, so a price in that same vicinity is to be expected.
