While Hi-Rez Studios is ramping up to Season 5 and the 2018 Season Ticket for SMITE, they want to make sure the last season ends with a bang — namely a Double Everything Weekend. Those looking to grind Favor or Worshippers should clear their calendars, as the event starts this Friday.

News comes by way of the SMITE blog, where the Hi-Rez team revealed the event. As mentioned above, the “Double Everything” isn’t necessarily “everything” — instead, it is just Worshippers, Favor, and Experience. What is notably missing from the list is Fantasy Points — an in-game metric that many SMITE fans are looking to grind this weekend to get the final rewards on their 2017 Season Ticket before it ends (likely before February 2018).

The Double Everything Weekend officially begins on Friday, January 26 at 5:00 AM ET and ends on Monday, January 29 at 5:00 AM ET.

These different metrics all add different things to either gameplay or progression. Experience is in-game experience, meaning how quickly your gods will be leveling up, gaining new abilities, and progressing per match. Meanwhile, Worshipers and Favor are both tied to player progression. Worshippers dictate the Mastery level of your God, opening up extra skins. On the other hand, Favor is in-game currency that can be used to purchase boxes, open up slots for boxes, or purchase skins.

SMITE is a free-to-play MOBA, currently available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
