Rocket League Salty Shores Update is Now Available

Earlier this month we reported on the reveal of the next update for Psyonix’s Rocket League. The Salty Shores update has now officially launched onto all available platforms with a selection of new content.

The update is free for Xbox One, PS4, PC, Mac, and Nintendo Switch. Here’s what you can expect to see:

  • A new beach-themed arena named Salty Shores
  • The beginning of Competitive Season 8
  • A new import Battle-Car called, Twinzer which is available as a limited drop inside the new Impact Crate
  • New Rocket League x Monstercat Vol. 3 playlist in-game
  • Wasteland (Night) Arena is now available
  • S-Watercolour player banner and flags added
  • Four new decals
  • Three new toppers

Additionally, players will get season 7 rewards when they boot Rocket League up, rewarding them with banners and goal explosions to eligible players. Here are the banners you can expect to see if you are eligible.

Several changes and updates have also been introduced. Such as a way to report problematic servers from the midgame menu. More details about what has been changed can be found over at the official website for the V1.45 patch.

Rocket League is available for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Mac. The Salty Shores update is free and available now.
