It’s not every day that you get to read about an American special operations agent cosplaying as The Ghost of Sparta but here we are. Then again, it’s no surprise that we see Jill Valentine making an appearance given how popular Resident Evil 3 is and how it sold two million copies worldwide in the first five days after its launch. While we may be more used to seeing the likes of Resident Evil‘s Ada Wong cosplaying adventures, this time we see a sweet render of Jill Valentine donning Krato’s attire from God of War.

Twitter user and Instagram poster Marcos seems to be a pretty big Resistant Evil fan given the amount of past renders they have completed of Jill Valentine. In recent posts of Marcos’, we’ve seen Jill transformed into The Joker as well as various artistic poses but this time Marcos goes one step further into the mythology-based world of God of War. Here we notice Jill wearing Kratos’ iconic red mark across her face and body that is called the Deimos’ Birthmarks and also wearing one of the many sets you can obtain as Kratos in God of War. It seems though that Jill is quite found of her pendant necklace still and has refused to take it off for this cosplay – maybe some jewelry featuring Kratos’s silver battle ax or the blades of chaos could persuade her next time.

With so many mods finding their way into the Resistant Evil series, like this one that replaces Jill’s head with Isabelle’s from Animal Crossing, I think this Jill Valentine meets Kratos mod could be next in line.

If Resident Evil 3 art is your thing, check out Jill and Carlos reimagined as Square Enix characters. In recent Resident Evil news, Capcom insider Dusk Golem shared some details on the next game. They stated that it will be by far the “darkest and most gruesome RE yet.” They also replied to a comment stating that the game will include some of the most incredibly disturbing enemy designs that have ever come to the RE series. It was also announced recently that Steamforged Games launched the Resident Evil 3: The Board Game to Kickstarter last month alongside a free demo for players to try out.

Resident Evil 3 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
