FuturLab and Curve Digital officially announced Peaky Blinders: Mastermind with a reveal trailer featuring Tommy Shelby and the other members of this infamous group of saboteurs.

There’s no doubt that Peaky Blinders is one of the most popular TV series in the world right now. Even if you haven’t watched it yet, you’ve probably seen a bunch of gifs made out of the TV series around the internet. Set during the post-World War era in the UK, Peaky Blinders unfolds the story of the Shelby family in Birmingham doing illegal business and making trouble for the official government by expanding their empire to the other cities of United Kingdom.

Based upon the same universe, Peaky Blinders: Mastermind is a top-down strategy where you will be controlling six key members of the Shelby family simultaneously in each mission, thanks to the game’s adjustable timeline which will allow you to decide the actions for each character and complete the objectives.

With every member of the family having a specific ability, it’s your job to draw a precise plan for each mission and task every member of the group with various missions. Bribing, distracting, brawling, threatening, and lock picking are some of the special abilities that you can rely on. Below, you can find out more about the core mechanics of the game:

The story of Peaky Blinders: Mastermind is actually a prequel to the TV series which has been written in collaboration with Steven Knight, the director of the show. Also, the soundtrack of the game is created by the Feverist band who has scored the first season of the TV series.

Peaky Blinders: Mastermind will be heading to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC in Summer this year. The price of the game and its exact release date are yet to be revealed.
