With only a few days until Override: Mech City Brawl’s release, Modus Games put out a new trailer highlighting the action-packed mecha fights. The trailer shows off the various mech fighters to choose from and their abilities. From the insane Satesh class to the colorful Rocca, it seems like there is a mecha for everyone. The abilities go from typical mecha weapons (rockets and laser swords) to the unconventional (substitution and giant heart beams).

It’s refreshing to get a mecha fighting game that keeps things lively with a sense of humor. What’s even more refreshing is seeing a mecha game look as good as this. These characters appear to capture different aspects of fighters as well. Take a look in the trailer for yourself.

Don’t let these characters distract you from the stages.  With dynamic and detailed stages, everything looks epic as a mecha fighter should. I’m really looking forward to tearing apart cities and ancient ruins with some friends.

The game is slated for release on Tuesday, December 4 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. If you’re looking to get this on a console, you can pre-order it now on Amazon for roughly $40. Here’s to hoping we get an Eva unit with DLC season pass.
