Developer Grey Alien Games have released a new trailer for their upcoming card-driven, visual novel role-playing game ShadowHand. Even better, the trailer clears up the mystery on when we can expect ShadowHand to release.

The trailer shows off the main female protagonist you’ll be playing as, as well as some of the mechanics that players can expect to toy around within the actual game when it finally releases. The title is set in 18th century England and uses a unique solitaire-style turn-based combat system that involves you collecting resources and attacking your opponent. Combat revolves around mini-decks you can use to customize your character and effectively battle different enemies in various situations.

The main character you’ll be playing as is named Lady Cornelia Darkmoor who lives as an aristocrat by day and an outlaw by night. She masquerades as a notorious highwaywoman named ShadowHand. Her main mission has her protecting a woman she holds dear, and this ultimately leads to a greater web of corruption, smuggling, and blackmail. There’ll be a slew of different weapons, equipment, and abilities that you can mix and match onto Lady Darkmoor that’ll all affect gameplay.

ShadowHand will be coming to PC as well as Mac later this year on December 7, 2017. You can check out the new trailer for the game down below.
