New Gameplay for Devil May Cry 5 to Appear at PAX West

Capcom, Devil May Cry 5, News, Originals, PC, PS4, Xbox One

Devil May Cry 5’s next big showing is slated to arrive in Germany two weeks from now as Capcom’s highly-anticipated action game will be available to demo at Gamescom. For those based in the U.S. though, fear not, as Devil May Cry 5 will soon be having a rather large showing stateside as well.

Upon the recent release of the PAX West schedule, it was revealed that Devil May Cry 5 will be having its own panel at the Seattle-based convention. The panel, which is titled “The SSStylish gameplay of Devil May Cry 5” will feature director Hideaki Itsuno and producers Michiteru Okabe and Matthew Walker as they walk fans through some new gameplay footage. The description for the panel goes on to say that the developers will “walk you through what makes it Smokin’ Sick Stylish!” It also promises new details on Nero’s robotic “Devil Breaker” arms and also says there will be some “special surprises.”

For those attending PAX West, this Devil May Cry 5 panel will take place on Friday, August 31 from 1:30-2:30 PM local time. I would assume that the panel will also be available to watch via live stream as this is typically the case with PAX panels. Currently, those details aren’t present on the official PAX website though.

Devil May Cry 5 is slated to launch sometime in 2019 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. For more information on DMC5, be sure check out some of the many new details that were revealed yesterday via the Capcom Confidential podcast.
