Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time is set during the end of summer vacation with Atsuko Kagari finding herself in a bit of trouble. Evidentally, as punishment, she is sent to clean the library where she finds a hidden chamber behind a bookshelf.  She then discovers a secret dungeon that she must fight her way through, but a magical occurrence has already affected the academy due to her curiosity. Time begins to repeat itself and all signs lead to the chamber as being the culprit. Akko bands together with her friends and sets out to make things right again.
