Back in 2016, indie developer Ghost Time Games, which is made up of just one developer, Gabriel Koenig, released a Jettomero: Hero of the Universe, a game the developer describes as a “meditative narrative toy” on PC, before bringing it over to Xbox One last year. Today, Gabriel revealed on PlayStation Blog that will finally be bringing the game to PS4 next week on February 27.

That being said, the term meditative narrative toy is pretty vague, so you probably want to know what exactly you do in Jettomero: Hero of the Universe. Players control the titular Jettomero, a gigantic but clumsy robot who travels around various planets in an attempt to save the human race.

Jettomero does so in a universe with a really bold comic book inspired art style. Jettomero is somewhat hard to control due to his aforementioned clumsiness, so players will likely struggle in achieving their mission. The game uses a procedural animation system, so planets and Jettomero will act slightly different every time the game is turned on.

Jettomero: Hero of the Universe also features a more calming and down-tempo soundtrack, which composed by Gabriel as well. According to him, the game’s soundtrack user a lot of analog synthesizers and an electronic drum set. The certainly is poised to be a somewhat relaxing, but original experience, and definitely something I may want to try out for myself.

You can check out some screenshots and the PS4 announcement trailer for the game below. Jettomero: Hero of the Universe is currently available on PC and Xbox One, with the PS4 version arriving on February 27.
