Warner Bros. Interactive revealed a special event lined up for their fighting game Injustice 2, available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC-via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
To coincide with the release of the Justice League film, Injustice 2 will have special Justice League-themed in-game event where players will be able to take on unique challenges in the Multiverse to earn special gear and items found in the film.
Additionally, this event will also be available in the mobile version of Injustice 2.
Recently, Injustice 2 has been receiving some interesting crossover characters including: Red Hood, Sub-Zero, Starfire, Black Manta, Raiden and Hellboy. However, the most notable crossover event that we’ve seen is the announcement that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will also make their way into the game.
Special events are not anything new to Injustice 2, the game has been receiving updates and patches since its release earlier this year. Injustice 2 puts a focus on characters and stories from the DC Universe and allows players to fully customize their fighter with various gear and weapons. Also, players are able to choose the character’s fighting style and skills.
