Today Koei Tecmo released a brand new trailer of the upcoming Musou-style The Legend of Zelda game Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition.

The trailer focuses on a few of the characters that will appear in the game, including Link, Zelda, Impa, Lana, Linkle, Wizzro, Cia, and Volga.

We see the characters in action in a mix of gameplay and cutscenes, with the improved visuals showing how the game changed from its original release on Wii U and 3DS.

Incidentally, am I the only one who feels that Link looks just so much better and cooler in his grey trainee outfit than in his traditional green smurf clothes?

You can see for yourself below. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy the first trailer. If you’re unfamiliar with the game, you can also check out our review of the original for Wii U and 3DS.

Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will release on March 22nd, exclusively for Nintendo Switch in Japan, while the west will get it sometime this spring.
