Today Koei Tecmo released the first full-fledged trailer for the upcoming remaster of Hyrule Warriors, aptly named Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition (or “Zelda Musou: Hyrule All Stars DX” in Japan).

The trailer immediately starts by showing the new costumes for Link and Zelda inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. After that, it moves on to showcase several battle scenes starring the many familiar characters that were included in the Wii U and 3DS versions of the original game.

The title was announced less than two weeks ago during the latest Nintendo Direct Mini, and of course, it looks quite a bit better than its predecessor, at least in TV mode.

You can enjoy the trailer below. If you’re unfamiliar with the game, we can also check out our review of the original.

Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition will release on March 22nd, exclusively for Nintendo Switch in Japan, while the west will get it sometime this spring.
