Hokuto Ga Gotoku’s PS4 Demo Now Available on Japanese PlayStation Store

As announced earlier today, it’s finally time to go “omae wa mou shindeiru” on armies of goons, as Sega has made the demo of its upcoming PS4 exclusive Hokuto Ga Gotoku available for download.

The demo weighs a rather abundant 7.65GB, and can be downloaded from the Japanese PlayStation Store. It’s in exclusively in Japanese, since the game has not yet been localized, and a Japanese PSN account is required to download and install. The demo includes two separates sections of gameplay. The first is both a tutorial and the very beginning of the game, teaching you how to fight and use the Hokuto Shinken style to make heads explode. It culminates with the iconic battle against Shin. The second part is a more freeform one, letting you complete a sub-quest to unlock the buggy, and then use it to explore the wilderness and take part in racing.

The game’s Japanese release has recently received a small delay from February 22nd to March 8th. It’ll launch exclusively for PS4, and for the moment, there is no western release announced.
