Originally released last year on PS4 and PC, the acclaimed Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice finally brought its intense and compelling tale of mental illness to Xbox One owners earlier this month, and now the game seems to have gotten off to a great start on the new platform.

Developer Ninja Theory has revealed via Twitter that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has surpassed over 50K in sales on Xbox One since the title debuted on the system over a week ago, and in return Ninja Theory will be donating $25K of the profits earned from the game’s Xbox One sales to benefit Mental Health America, a nonprofit organization that provides support and care to those suffering from various forms of mental illness.

The developer noted that while the game’s Xbox One sales did not reach the studio’s intended stretch goal of 100K units to be able to donate $50K towards Mental Health America, the studio did vow that it will still donate the fully-intended amount once the game crosses 100K in sales on Xbox One.

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
