Today’s issue of Weekly Famitsu included a spread showcasing a large batch of new screenshots of the upcoming action JRPG God Eater 3.

We get to see a new aragami named Hapakiri, that can float and fight with two blades. Its attacks are so quick and powerful that they can distort the fabric of reality itself, causing electrical discharges, and its reach is considerable.

The second reveal is a new weapon named “Heavy Moon.” Like those we saw before, it has two forms. Normally it’s a crescent-shaped weapon that can deal a wide range of rotational attacks. When it transform, it becomes a powerful axe that can dish out very powerful strikes.

More weapons showcased are swords (Short Blade, Long Blade, and Buster Blade), Guns (Assault, Sniper, Shotgun, and Raygun), and more melee weapons (Boost Hammer, Charge Spear, and Variant Scythe).

You can check out all the screenshots below. Keep in mind that they’re from magazine scans, so the quality is far from perfect. If you want to see more, you can also enjoy more recent screenshotsthe latest trailer and the first gameplay.

God Eater 3 will release this year for PS4 and PC. The PS4 version can be pre-ordered via Amazon.
