To end today’s PlayStation State of Play live stream, Sony finally had something to say and show about Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima.

Sony released a new teaser for the highly-anticipated action game Ghost of Tsushima and the game continues to look gorgeous. The teaser only lasted about a minute and merely set the table for a much larger showing that the title is set to have later this week.

Sony is set to show the full trailer for Ghost of Tsushima later this week during The Game Awards 2019. According to the show’s lead producer, Geoff Keighley, it will be the longest trailer of the night that is shown during the awards show. While we’re all left wanting to see more of Ghost of Tsushima today after this tease, it seems as though we’ll have to wait just a few more days.

Personally, not only am I hoping that the full trailer is awesome, but I really am crossing my fingers that we get a release date for the game. It has been about 18 months since we last saw or heard anything about Ghost of Tsushima and now that Sucker Punch is ready to seemingly talk about the game again, hopefully, it means that the project is nearing its release. We’ll find out later this week, either way.
