Genshin Impact 1.6 is arriving soon, and today a new leak has dropped which showcases the Jean and Barbara skins in the game. For those who aren’t unaware, the Jean and Barbara skins will be introduced as a part of the 1.6 event.

This will also mark the debut of the costume system in Genshin Impact, which is something fans have been asking for a long time now. In the game, Barbara’s skin will be known as the Summertime Sparkle, whereas Jean’s skin will be known as the Sea Breeze Dandelion.

A new leak has surfaced which showcases the two upcoming skins of the characters. We can see both the characters donning their all-new outfit, and it does indeed look quite good in the in-game footage.
We do know that the skins will be obtainable in different ways. The Summertime Sparkle skin will be available as a reward for the Echoing Tales event. On the contrary, Jean’s skin, aka Sea Breeze Dandelion cannot be obtained normally. To get that, you need to purchase it directly.
However, there is a sale for players as well. During the course of the 16 Update, Jean’s skin will be available at a discounted price of 1350 Genesis Crystals, as compared to the usual 1680 Genesis Crystals price. If you are wondering how much that costs, then you should know that you get around 1980 Genesis Crystals for $29.99. That should give you a fair idea about the pricing of the skin.
Apart from the skins, there are is a lot more to come in the 1.6 Update. Quite notable of all is the introduction of the new character Kazuha, and a the addition of the Summer Islands along with boat travel, among others. With just a few days to go for the update to drop, we should be learning more pretty soon.
