A brand new update has just been released on April 20 for Fortnite. However, this update has only been released for Nintendo Switch, PC, and Android devices.

Fortnite April 20 Update – Patch Notes

The patch notes for the Fortnite update on April 20 released for Switch, PC, and Android devices can be found below. This information was taken from the official Fortnite Status Twitter Account.

“We’ve released a maintenance patch on Nintendo Switch, PC, and Android that will allow Team Up! Aloy & Lara to appear on these platforms when the LTM returns later this week. We’ll provide an update when the LTM is back up.”

As you can see, the new Limited Time Mode featuring Lara Croft and Horizon Zero Dawn’s Aloy is currently unavailable. But what can players expect when the issue is fixed and the mode is made available for all platforms?

“Find your Duos partner and compete in the new Team Up! Aloy & Lara Limited Time Mode. Based around Duos, players will automatically be outfitted as either Aloy or Lara Croft in a loot-locked battle with only the craftable Bow (Aloy) and Dual Pistols (Lara) at your disposal. Keep an eye out for wildlife, master your crafting skills to upgrade your weapons and earn the ultimate Primal Victory Royale.”

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6

The latest Season of Fortnite Chapter 2 kicked off on March 16 and there was a whole host of new content for players to jump in to. Not only is there new points of interest on the Battle Royale map, but there’s also brand new skins, a new crafting system, and even animals.

Season 6 of Fortnite is set to come to an end on June 7, so make sure you jump in now and discover everything new in the hit Battle Royale.

Fortnite is available for free on PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Switch, Google Stadia, and Android.
