After several weeks of teasing and hints (including some real life Loot Llamas), Fortnite has kicked off its new season of content with Season 5, and as in previous seasons, you can expect a ton of new items to unlock from this season’s Battle Pass.
Epic Games has released several new videos highlighting the Battle Pass offerings for Season 5, which will give Fortnite players dozens of unlockables to gain from winning matches and progressing their Battle Pass level. The first video is a general trailer for the Battle Pass, while the second Overview video gives a more specific look at the items that players can earn from purchasing the Battle Pass.
As it ties in to this season’s theme of “Worlds Collide,” this time around the Battle Pass unlockables include numerous items from various time periods and regions around the world, including some Viking-themed skins that I am very much hoping to get from playing.
Fortnite is available now on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, iOS, and will be coming to Android this summer.
