While we’ve seen the Rabbids fighting for a “kingdom” before in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Ubisoft has decided to take that goal a literally today with for an April Fools’ Day event. For today only, players can jump into For Honor and fight off hordes of the energetic creatures.
The very limited time event will only last until 9pm PT and sees the Rabbids take the place of the typical AI controlled minions players must fight. Even though For Honor isn’t a stranger to crossover events (the game recently did one with Assassin’s Creed), this crossover is much more tongue and cheek in the spirit of April Fools’ Day.
This event won’t just be purely comedic and cosmetic for players. Those who participate will also get a melee pack, though it doesn’t seem to include anything Rabbid-themed. To see this event in action briefly, you can check out the video from Twitter below:

If the lack of Rabbids is somehow what was keeping you from playing For Honor, you can pick the game up for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Amazon. That being said, this event only will last for about 12 more hours at the time of this writing and is, unfortunately, unlikely to return to the game unless we’re lucky.
