Conan Chop Chop, a game that initially seemed like it was an April Fool’s Day joke, was supposed to release on September 3. Unfortunately, it was delayed shortly before its release to add online multiplayer and more to the game. The game has had a vague Q1 2020 release window since then, but Mighty Kingdom and Funcom revealed today that it will be releasing on February 25. A new trailer was released to commemorate this announcement, and you can watch that below:

Reflecting on the game’s impending release, Mighty Kingdom’s Philip Mayes said “it’s been hard work, but really enjoyable. Some of my favorite moments were in LA and Cologne, where we got to see how much people enjoyed playing Chop Chop. And now that we have polished the game further, I am really looking forward to seeing the reception it will have at launch.” During our discussion at E3, it became clear to me that Conan Chop Chop has had a very interesting development and that the people working on it are very passionate; as such, I am personally excited to see it finally arrive too.

Conan Chop Chop is poised to launch for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on February 25, 2020. It will be coming out the same week as Mega Man Zero/Mega Man ZX Legacy Collection, Iron Man VR and One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows, marking the start of a very busy Spring release season for games.
