The Korean Ratings Board has done it once again today and this time has seemingly revealed a new Castlevania collection that contains two of the most popular entries in the series.
Along with a listing for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds coming to PS4, the Korean Ratings Board also potentially leaked a new collection called Castlevania Requiem which according to the listing will contain both Symphony of the Night and Rondo of Blood. This bundle is listed to be arriving for PS4 which makes me think that both games in the collection would be somewhat remastered but it’s hard to say for certain.
There’s still a lot of questions to be had about Castlevania Requiem assuming it does exist. For starters, there’s the potential that this collection could also be coming to other platforms such as Xbox One, Switch, and PC. The listing however only mentions PS4. I’m also left wondering if Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night would be the only two games included or if there could be more that just weren’t detailed on this listing.
Regardless of what the exact specifics of Castlevania Requiem are, hopefully, we learn more directly from Konami soon. I know that I for one have been looking for an excuse lately to revisit SOTN and this could be the perfect opportunity for me to do so.
