There is still a lot to discover about BioWare’s online action RPG Anthem and Executive Producer Mark Darrah is doing what he can to help on Twitter.

We learn that the game will include its own achievement system, even if we don’t know exactly what they will entail.

While there won’t be underwater combat, the game will still have underwater creatures for the purpose of decoration.

Speaking of combat, players will be able to use hip shooting.

Darrah also mentioned that the game will include AFK (away from keyboard) detection.

Speaking of customization, there will be both patterns and textures that we’ll be able to use to personalize our Javelin.

First of all, while we have recently learned that gear will be specific to each javelin, but today we learn that the skills of your freelancer are universal.

While we already knew that there are both checkpoints players can respawn at, and the ability to revive fallen companions, respawn is disabled in boss arenas. When you’re there, you need to be revived by another player.

Incidentally, missions won’t have a time limit, so you can take them slowly and carefully if you so wish.

If you want to learn more about Anthemmore details on the story will be revealed at PAX West, while Electronic Arts executives mentioned  in their latest financial conference call that they’re pleased with the excitement building for the game. You should also check out our preview of the EA Play build of the game.

The game will launch on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 22nd, 2019. You can already pre-order your copy on Amazon.
