Being a temporary crossover event in Fortnite: Battle Royale, Thanos of Avengers: Infinity War will be a playable character starting on May 8. This will be part of a new gameplay mode, and it is titled the “Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup”. Players will have an opportunity to be Thanos, the villain from Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War, blue and wrinkled Jay Leno chin included.
As reported by Entertainment Weekly, the new mode in Fortnite is only around for a limited time and adds the Infinity Gauntlet as a usable item. There are still one-hundred players shooting it out, but those who can obtain the Infinity Gauntlet on the battlefield will then wield its powers after transforming into the powerful Mad Titan. Players will then be able to cripple their opponents accordingly, but they will have to act fast because the new game mode is only temporary.
