For the past week, indie developer Gears for Breakfast and publisher Humble Bundle have been teasing exciting announcements for A Hat in Time, and today we finally learned what these were. The A Hat in Time: Seal the Deal and co-op DLC packs were unveiled, and the developers finally announced that the game would be coming to Nintendo Switch.

For those of you who didn’t know, A Hat in Time is a self-labeled “cute as heck” 3D platformer following Hat Kid as she recovers the Time Pieces required to run her spaceship across several interesting worlds. The new Seal the Deal DLC takes place on an Artic Cuise and has Hat Kid exploring this interesting locale for Time Pieces while interacting with quirky characters like the ship’s captain. Six new time rifts have also been added, as have a ton of new outfits, flairs, dyes, and badges to customize Hat Kid with.

The most interesting new badge is the Nostalgia Badge, which makes the game look like it’s running on Nintendo 64. A new Death Wish mode in Seal the Deal will also radically increase the game’s difficulty. Seal the Deal will be free to KickStarter backers and to everyone on its launch day, but will then go up in price to $4.99. A Hat in Time will also be getting co-op support on PC via a free DLC pack. The Seal the Deal and the co-op DLC will launch on September 13.

Gears for Breakfast ended this presentation by revealing that A Hat in Time would finally be coming to Nintendo Switch. The developers previously stated that they couldn’t bring A Hat in Time to the Nintendo system due to technical difficulties, but it seems like the overwhelming fan outcry and the wild success of the game allowed them to make A Hat in Time’s Nintendo Switch port a reality.

You can check out the entire presentation below.  A Hat in Time is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, while the Nintendo Switch version of the game is “coming soon.”
