On the hardware side, the Nintendo Switch is at the top once again, getting a small boost compared to last week from the launch of Bandai Namco’s Taiko Drum Master: Drum Session!.
Interestingly, the sales of the game, which was the only new title last week, are over double the debut of the PS4 version last year. This shouldn’t be too surprising considering that Taiko Drum Master is definitely closer to the Switch’s target.
On top of that, summer vacation started this week in Japan, so it’s likely that the Switch domination that we’re seeing from last week will increase further
