If you’re a fan of X-Morph: Defense and you want some new content to sink your teeth into then EXOR Studios has heard you loud and clear. Today, the indie developer announced that a brand new Survival mode has officially made its way into the top-down shooter/strategy game and it’s available completely free of charge.
As the name implies, just like other survival modes, this one will task players with defending themselves against endless waves of enemies, similar to a Horde mode. One of the key differences, however, is that the enemies you’ll face on each playthrough are different, meaning no two experiences will be exactly the same.
To celebrate the release of the brand new mode, EXOR Studios also released a new trailer for the title, which shows off gameplay from the brand new mode. You can, as always, check out the video at the end of the article.
X-Morph: Defense was officially released last year and is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
