Warzone & Cold War are heading towards the commencement of Season 3, which is one of the biggest updates for the games since their launch. Both the games have witnessed exponential growth in the past few weeks, and the developers have a lot planned for fans out there.

While the new Season 3 update is already live on both the games, the season is yet to start and will be kicking off today. There is a lot happening in Warzone, with the game’s entire Verdansk map being wiped out due to a nuclear blast. For the second part, players head to Rebirth Island to gather “information regarding the recent Containment Protocol Failure.”

Warzone Countdown Timer – What does it mean?

If you have played the game recently, you might have noticed that the Warzone lobby now has a Nuke theme. Along with that, players have noticed a new addition to the screen. On the top left corner is an all-new timer with no information about what it represents.

If you are wondering what the timer is for, it’s nothing but the countdown for the 1980’s Verdansk map release time. This would make it much easier for players to exactly know when the map drops, as the update is happening in multiple phases.
