Samurai Shodown first launched on PS4 and Xbox One last summer to high reviews and solid sales. Earlier this year, the team at SNK Corp successfully ported the game to Nintendo Switch and they’re not finished yet. In a new spring store update from Epic, it was revealed that Samurai Shodown is coming to the Epic Game Store later this spring. Watch the video below to see all the games being added along with Samurai Shodown.

Getting Samurai Shodown on more platforms is only a good thing. Some players will likely be annoyed that the game is coming to the Epic Game Store. However, we’ve seen a ton of games come to EGS first and then other storefronts later. It would certainly not be a surprise to see Samurai Shodown find its way onto Steam in the near future. That said, for now, if you want to play SamSho on PC, you’ll have to go to the Epic Store to do so.

Joining SamSho in Epic’s spring roundup are several other neat-looking games. Obviously, the big one is Control’s upcoming first expansion. The Foundation lets players “explore the roots of the Oldest House” and uncover new secrets that have even eluded the Bureau. Epic is also adding the survival sandbox indie Among Trees, an FPS graffiti game Sludge Life, and an eye-catching survival horror indie called Saturnalia. Rounding out the new games are Dread Nautical, Industries of Titan, Totally Reliable Delivery Service, and Diabotical.

Unfortunately, outside of the general release window, we don’t have a firm date for when Samurai Shodown. That said if you can’t wait the game is already widely available. You can pick up SNK’s latest on Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One.
