Today Capcom revealed new details and screenshots of the upcoming Spring Blossom Fest that will launch in Monster Hunter World on April 6th to April 20th.

First of all, the gathering hub in Astera will be decorated for the occasion (but you’ll have to be online to see it). Almost all event quests previously released and then phased out will be available during the festival. This includes the Street Fighter V and Horizon Zero Dawn challenge quests.

In the gallery, you can also see new armor sets that can be crafted with materials that can be only obtained during the quests. A new armor for the palico will also be craftable, costumes for the handler and poogie will complete the picture. New gestures and chat icons will also be implemented, but those will be paid DLC.

Various facilities in Astera will get a boost, including sales that will make shopping more convenient. Login bonuses will also be increased, with two lucky vouchers a day, on top of a blossom voucher, and special fireworks. A limited set meal will be purchasable at the Canteen.

A new nine-star event quest will prompt hunters of hunter rank 50 or over to hunt Deviljho in the Ancient Forest. A second seven-star event quest requiring hunter rank 13 or above will kick off the Mega Man crossover by prompting players to hunt two Odagaron in the arena.

You can check out several screenshots below, including the new armor, and the new quests.
