Since it released last year, the indie roguelike platformer Flinthook grabbed attention with its grappling hook-based gameplay that has players swinging their way through its inventive levels, with the game now on the way to the Nintendo Switch in the very near future.

Developer and publisher Tribute Games announced that Flinthook will be released for the Nintendo Switch on March 9th, 2018 and will bring over the acclaimed indie to the portable home console/handheld hybrid.

Previously, the game was confirmed to be coming to the Switch as retailer Limited Run Games announced last month that the game would receive a limited physical edition run for the system sometime this year, though Tribute Games’ announcement confirms the game will be coming (digitally, at least) much sooner than expected.

Flinthook is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and will release for the Nintendo Switch on March 9th, 2018.
