CrossCode is a well-received action RPG set inside a fictional MMORPG called CrossWorlds. Developer Radical Fish Games has kept up support for the game in its post-launch period, releasing several free updates. Today, the team shared a few more details about the upcoming Post Game DLC and the highly anticipated console ports. Alongside the update, they released a new trailer. Give it a watch below.

The first bit of news the CrossCode team shared is a quick development update on the forthcoming DLC. Thus far, the team has released free updates that included an arena and a New Game+ mode. The DLC will go a little further and add an extended epilogue to the main storyline. The DLC also includes an extended Rhombus Square, more quests, and what the team calls a “proper Final Dungeon”. As someone who adores CrossCode in its original state, I’m ecstatic to be getting even more content to play through. Radical Fish aims to have the DLC ready for Q2 2020.

On the console port front, the team doesn’t yet have a firm launch date. They’d hoped to have the game out by the end of 2019, but they seem to be nearing a release. In the update they said they’re currently testing on Xbox One with other platforms to follow. Further details about the impending Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One releases should be coming relatively soon.

CrossCode is a game that is absolutely worth your time. I love seeing a dev continue to support their game after release and I’m excited to see the game becoming available for more people. Stay with DualShockers to get word on when CrossCode is coming to Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One.
