Early this morning, PUBG Corp. announced new items would be added to their successful battle royale shooter PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
According to the developer, a new jet ski called the Aquarail will be available in the game’s Erangel map and the upcoming Miramar desert map. In addition to a new aquatic vehicle, the developer also confirmed that a new R45 six-shot revolver would also be added to the game. Unfortunately, PUBG Corp. has yet to release a launch window for both these items, but hopefully, they will be available just in time as the game launches on Xbox One.

In other PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds new, yesterday, Microsoft has announced the release dates for the three limited edition cosmetic packs for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds ahead of its release on the console. Additionally, a couple of days ago a new pickup truck, as well as the official name for the unique desert map, were also announced.
For more information on the game, you can check out two new firearms that were added to the game’s test servers, screenshots showing off the game’s fog mechanics, as well as a cinematic trailer for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds mobile that is coming to China.
Currently, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available as an Early Access title on Steam. However, a full release is anticipated later this year on PC, and an Xbox One version is coming on December 12 via Microsoft’s Xbox Game Preview Program.
