It’s been a very exciting time for Witcher fans lately, hasn’t it? While we waited with bated breath for a release date on the upcoming second season of the Netflix series, we instead got a quick yet enlightening teaser showcasing Ciri as she becomes her true self, a Witcher.

Not content with merely throwing their Witcher audience a bare-bones clip, we also got to hear about Witchercon, a Witcher-related event that will include panels, deep-dives, an exploration into the lore and plenty of other surprises.
But just before we get too carried away with all things Geralt, let’s check out some Ciri cosplay that will set the mood for fans.
The Witcher 3 – Ciri Cosplay
I’m sure, at this stage, many readers have seen our outpour of love for The Witcher and especially so our devotion to its cosplay. You may not have seen this particularly attire from Christina Volkova, otherwise known as Likeassassin.
There haven’t been many faces of cosplay Volkova hasn’t delved into. Some of the characters she has previously cosplayed as include Ellie from The Last of Us Part 2 and Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy.
Today, Volkova takes on Ciri from The Witcher 3 and through pure talent and a creative mind is able to make it look like it was snatched from the game itself. Wanting to make sure this Ciri cosplay is kept authentic, Volkova dons the “Alternative Look” from the free DLC packs released by CD Projekt Red.
Coupled with a stunning background that looks like Lac Célavy, a body of water in western Toussaint that serves as the residence of the Lady of the lake, Volkova has done a really amazing job here.
