The Last of Us Part 2 cosplayers join up for an incredible photoshoot.
I’m not sure about you but almost every day since its release coming up to a year ago now, The Last of Us Part 2 is still on my mind. The horror and heartbreak coupled with the intense gameplay of Naughty Dog’s latest title will surely be on replay for quite a long time to come yet.

Since the game’s launch, we have covered everything from TLOU2 comics, fan art and cosplay to emotional editorials of our own and as we draw closer to its first anniversary, how better to celebrate it than having awesome cosplays of the gang (well, some of them)

Photographer Carlos Adama from London got together with cosplayer Nieke as Abby, Abi as Ellie, Sophie as Dina and Jamie as Jessie. Judging from the photoshoot, it looks like they had the time of their lives while also creating some stunning shots in the process.
As you can see from the images, Carlos has a keen eye on how to make each cosplays work by incorporating different aspects of lighting and shadow work. In turn, we see some beautiful and atmospheric shots that ooze tension and danger.
If Nieke who is seen as Abby in this cosplay looks familiar, you may remember her in one of our previous articles as she took the limelight in her very own photoshoot as the queen herself, Abby Anderson. You will also remember seeing Abi who portrays Ellie in other TLOU2 cosplay articles as well as being a fantastic God of War cosplayer.

While it’s unclear when The Last of Us series will premiere on HBO, filming will begin this July, with the hopes of coming to an end in June next year.
