Minecraft has received an all-new DLC today, which is themed around the popular Sonic franchise. In the past few weeks, Minecraft fans have been having a great time, as a major update was released for the game adding a plethora of new features.
The Caves and Cliffs Update not only made several new additions to caves and cliffs but also added mobs and a wide range of other things. That’s not all, as the update was only the first part of the Caves and Cliffs update. There is another part that is slated to arrive sometime during the Holidays this year.

Initially, we were supposed to get the entire update together, but owing to the challenges faced due to the pandemic, the update was split into two parts. Minecraft‘s latest DLC is quite remarkable, as it marks the 30th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog. This DLC doesn’t just add Sonic characters to the game, but in fact, Mojang Studios took it a step further by incorporating a complete Sonic game with the essence of Minecraft.
