How to Get FIFA 22 Early Access

Consoles

On the Xbox consoles you can check out for the availablity of FIFA 22 Early Access in the Xbox Game Pass hub as the EA Play app has been retired on the console.

Once you are in the Xbox Game Pass hub, you should be able to see a featured banner telling you that FIFA 22 Early Access is available through EA Play.

If you can’t find anything similar, it means the game is not yet available in your region, and you should probably wait until the release time.

On PS4 and PS5, you can visit the Demo category in the Games menu or simply check out the FIFA 22 PS Store hub for Early Access. Again, if you can’t find it, this means the game is yet to be launched in your region.

PC

PC users can check on all EA Play titles through the Xbox app. Once you run Xbox app on Windows 10, navigate to the EA Play hub, and there you will be able to see a Game Trials category, which now features Madden 22 and will soon feature FIFA 22 as well.

Keep in mind that in order to download EA Play titles, you need to have the EA Desktop App installed on your PC, especially if your EA Play subscription is through the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

But if you own EA Play separately, we suggest you using the Origin app for downloading and playing the FIFA 22 Early Access.

FIFA 22 will be officially launched on October 1 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, Stadia, and PC. If you pre-order the Ultimate Edition, you can play it from September 27.
