Today, Blizzard Entertainment gives us a glimpse of the Zandalari city, Zuldazar, featured in World of Warcraft‘s upcoming expansion, Battle for Azeroth. Details about the city, as well as some screenshots showing the various wildlife that inhabits the ancient jungle are revealed giving you a little background before you start your adventure.

Zuldazar is the capital city of Zandalar — home of the Zandalari trolls — and the home of King Rastakhan and his golden throne. If your allegiance is with the Horde, this is where you will you will attempt to earn the king’s trust and aid in the battle against the Alliance.

Following the Golden Road from the city to the western mountains will bring you to Atal’Dazar, ancient pyramids that act as a burial ground for prior Zandalari kings. This will also serve as the location for two new dungeons called Atal’Dazar, which will feature the outside portion of the area, and King’s Rest, which will feature the inside.

The Zandlari trolls are one of a few new playable races — known as Allied Races — featured in Battle for Azeroth. This will also include the Dark Iron dwarves and the Mag’har orcs.
