We’ve put together everything you need to know about these new Radiation Zones and the daunting Nuclear Symbols that are hovering above them.

Nuclear Symbols Over Prison & Shipwreck

Since the latest Playlist Update, strange Nuclear Symbols have appeared over Shipwreck and Prison. What could they mean?

Well, it’s likely related to the upcoming Nuke Event. For those that might have forgotten, Shipwreck and Prison were the very first POI’s to be taken over by Zombies when Season 2 began.

It looks like these locations will be the first to be hit by a nuclear bomb on April 21, could the other Zombie infested locations follow?

For now, nothing is confirmed. All we do know is that Prison and Shipwreck currently have two large Nuke Symbols above them, and are now Radiation Zones.

Warzone Radiation Zones

If you enjoyed dropping into either Prison or Shipwreck, we wouldn’t recommend it anymore. It looks like the new Radiation Zones actually have the chance of turning you into a Zombie.

Check out the tweet below to see a player get turned into a Zombie when dying in the radiation zone.

However, it’s important to note that you will only be turned into a Zombie if you’re playing in either Duos, Trios, or Quads. Those playing Solos will not be turned into a Zombie and will simply die.

That’s all we know so far regarding the Radiation Zones in Warzone, if anything else occurs we’ll be sure to let you know.

Cold War & Warzone Season 3

Season 3 of Cold War and Warzone is set to begin on April 22, fans can expect a brand new Battle Pass, New Multiplayer Maps, and possibly even a brand new Warzone map.

There is yet to be any confirmation from Activision about the content coming in Season 3, but what we do know is that there is only 1 more week left to level up that Season 2 Battle Pass.

Jump in to Cold War and Warzone Season 2 now until April 22.
