The co-founder of Panic, the publisher behind Untitled Goose Game has revealed that the game has sold over one million copies worldwide since launching earlier this year in September.
House House released Untitled Goose Game on PC and Switch earlier this year and it blew up online. Content was being shared left, right and center with memes being created, and the goose was even modded to replace Mr. X in Resident Evil 2 Remake. The game has recently just launched on PS4 and Xbox One as well as joining the list of games available on Xbox Game Pass.
Last night, Cabel Sasser, the co-founder tweeted that last week, Untitled Goose Game had sold over one million copies worldwide. This, of course, spans across all available platforms. PC, Switch, PS4, and Xbox One. Cabel also states that this figure comes after the game launched only three months ago.
It seems impossible, but last week, three months after launch, Untitled Goose Game passed one million copies sold.

Cabel also thanked the fans for supporting the game, bringing attention to only a handful of content that has surfaced since the game launched.

The game finds players taking the role of a troublemaking goose that has a list of objectives to complete. Players are tasked with challenges such as stealing a child’s glasses, nicking food for a picnic, and running around with a bra in your beak because you want to wash it in a pond. The game focuses on having players complete these tasks by using stealth and triggering distractions.
It’s available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
