Ubisoft has today announced the details for The Division 2‘s impending private beta, including some early game and endgame missions. The private beta will run from February 7th at 10 am CET until February 11th at 10 am CET with the preload available on February 6th 10 am CET. You can take a look at the image below for the times in your region. Players can receive guaranteed access to the Private Beta by pre-ordering The Division 2 or if you would like to be in for the chance of being picked, which of course isn’t guaranteed, you can sign up and cross your fingers.

So, what will the Private Beta have in store? Players will have two main missions available after you have set up your base in the White House – these will consist of three modes: Story, Normal and Hard. Additionally, players will have five side missions to get through and a few scattered objectives in the open world.

The Private Beta will include PvPvE gameplay in one of the new Dark Zones and PvP gameplay in the Skirmish mode. You can even upgrade to level seven, but this will be capped at that point – it’s definitely enough to start you off at least.

That’s not all! Players will get the chance to take a first hands-on look at the endgame content in the Invaded mission which begins Friday, February 8th at 3 pm CET ( again, check your own timezone for this ) where this time, the level cap will be set at 30 and you can unlock brand new Survivalist, Sharpshooter or Demolitionist specializations.

That’s pretty packed content for a Private Beta that I’m sure will keep you invested for quite some time. Here’s hoping the beta lives up to the hype.

Last month, our very own staff writer Chris got to visit the offices of co-developer Red Storm Entertainment and where they had some hands-on action of the multiplayer. Chris also got to talk to Terry Spier, who is the creative director, about the future of The Division 2, politics and many more interesting subjects. You can also take a look at our interview that discusses fan feedback, Washington D.C., and Tom Clancy himself.

The Division 2 will release on March 15 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC and the console versions of the game can currently be pre-ordered on Amazon. On the PC, The Division 2 will launch exclusively on Uplay and the Epic Games Store, skipping a Steam launch.
