Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore received a new overview trailer, which works as a great summary and introduction for those new to the title. We learn about the protagonist, Itsuki Aoi, and how he ends up working for a talent agency called Fortuna Entertainment which is run by Maiko Shimazaki. Of course the business is actually filled with Mirage specialists, who hunt down Mirages that would do harm against the Tokyo denizens. You can watch the trailer below:
In the announcement trailer previously dropped during the last Nintendo Direct, it was shown that both Maiko Shimazaki, the president of Fortuna Entertainment and Tiki would take part in battles. Encore will feature new songs, music videos, and costumes. Additionally, for returning players there will be a new dungeon to be explored. Hopefully all this content will be worth it for fans to dive into the title again.
Previously it was learned that Encore will feature the censored version of the game across all titles. Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE back on the Wii U was censored in the west by changing costumes to make them less revealing, in addition to making one of the female characters older. Based on photos on Encore’s official site, it is going to be the same version across all regions and these changes will be present.
Back in September, Nintendo announced that Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore would be coming coming to the Switch. The updated version of the Wii U title will contain new content and party members.
