Just like me, I am sure many of you readers out there have been stuck at home during the Coronavirus pandemic and have had to congregate with friends or coworkers over Zoom or another video conference software. As you may have seen, you can change up your Zoom backdrop with any image you can get your hands on. Nintendo is aware of this and has dropped a boatload of new images from our favorite Nintendo titles that we can use for our meetings to spice things up a bit.
You can find wallpapers from all of your favorite titles including Animal Crossing New Horizons, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, and more.
Here are a couple of interesting images from Animal Crossing: New Horizons, a game that I just couldn’t really get into, but can understand why it absolutely took off during the pandemic. It just seems like a game that tasks players with building their own community and mingling with other villagers is the perfect experience right now for some.
Below are a couple of images that you can use from Super Mario Odyssey, the ultimate Mario collectathon. Odyssey was a return to form the series needed. I still love the linear design of the Galaxy titles as well as 3D Land/World, but we had been itching to just exist in a Mario title that we can explore to our heart’s content.
I couldn’t make a compilation of Nintendo images without including Breath of the Wild. The latest Zelda title was the innovative move forward the series needed. The game has gone on to become the best selling Zelda title of all time and has become my favorite game ever. Make sure to snag some of the images below!
Lastly, here are some images from the excellent Luigi’s Mansion 3. I still can’t believe how great that game was. I remember just absolutly speeding through it because I never wanted to stop playing it. I still think about going back and grabbing all the collectibles in each level.
